14K yellow gold omega collar necklace with pave diamond enhancer. The button shaped slide is frosted in round brilliant diamonds. The enhancer measures 6/8" diameter. The collar necklace measures 16" interior, 1/4" wide. Finished with a key clip hidden clasp and button opening. Marked "Italy 14kt". Approx. 42 grams.
