14K Levian ruby heart ring and pendant. The ring and pendant are from the "Shades of Ruby" collection from designer Carlo Vianti. Both pieces are fashioned of yellow gold and set with variegated tones of ruby and pink sapphires. Each piece is set with of 1.90 carats of round cut rubies and pink sapphires. The pieces measure approx. 12.5 mm in width, 1.1 mm deep. The ring is size 4 3/4. Both marked 14K. The pendant is approx. 3.3 grams, the ring is approx. 3.7 grams.
