18K yellow gold pendant necklace features a gold frosted dome set with 10 round cut diamonds. The domed figure is pierced through at the top by a polished bar of yellow gold which curves at the top to create the pendant bale. Marked "18K Hallett. Approx. 4.6 grams. Strung on an 18K yellow gold snake chain, measuring 15" in length. Marked "18K Germany", while the clasp is marked "585". Approx. 6.9 grams.
