18K yellow gold Buccellati brooch. The organic figural piece is set with a cultured baroque south sea pearl which appears as a ripening fruit beneath a veil of diamond set lacy leaves. The pearl measures 19x15mm, the white gold leaves are set with round brilliant diamonds (VS F-G) 1.40cttw. Measures 1 5/8" in length, 1" wide, 5/8" in depth. Finished with a barrel pin clasp. "Marked 18K Italy Buccellati". Approx. 12.1 grams
