18K yellow gold Ceylon sapphire and diamond pendant and chain. The pendant is set with a 1.5 carat oval cut Ceylon blue sapphire 14.4 x 10.2 x 7.8mm. (approx. 10 carats), and 22 round, full cut diamonds of approx. 1.5cttw. The pendant measures 7/8" in length, 3/4" wide. Marked "18K". Approx. 7.1 grams. On a 14K yellow gold 18.5" chain, marked "Italy 14K". Finished with a lobster claw clasp. Approx. 9.8 grams.
