18K diamond and topaz heart ring. Cutwork hearts are set with diamonds and decorated with a trio of yellow, green and madiera topaz set blooms on the surface of the ring. The ring is set with approx. 1 carat diamonds and 3 carats of topaz and measures 25 mm in width, size 8. Approx. 15.1 grams.
