18K yellow gold star sapphire and diamond pendant necklace. The custom made pendant is set with an 18.21 carat oval shaped star sapphire, seal blue in color, approx. 13.5 x 11.2 x 10.7mm, with a distinct star slightly off center. The sapphire is surrounded by a spray of 18 marquise cut diamonds (H-H VS2) 2.5cttw. On a 14K yellow gold 16" barrel chain with lobster claw clasp. Marked "Italy 14K". Approx. 17.3 grams.
