18K white gold sapphire and diamond ring. The ring has 2 layers of square cut sapphires set on point. In raised 2 prong mountings finished with milgrain decoration. Additional round cut diamonds are set around the edges of the outside layer of sapphires. Measures 12.5mm in width. Size 6 1/2. Marked "18K 2-893". Approx. 12.5 grams.
