Tiffany & Co. 18K yellow gold diamond and ruby leaf pin. The figural brooch is fashioned as a 6 leaf branch. Each of the leaves are prong set with round brilliant diamonds, 30 stones, (VS F-G) 1.5cttw. The diamonds are surrounded by round faceted rubies, 78 stones, 5.46cttw. Measures 2 5/8" in length, 1 3/4" wide. Marked "18K Tiffany & Co.". Approx. 29.4 grams.
