Romig was a Pittsburgh pictorialist who exhibited in many shows around Pittsburgh and whose work can be found in several museum collections including the Carnegie Museum of Art and the Brooklyn Museum. He was a member of The Photographic Section of The Academy of Science and Art of Pittsburgh.
