Gorson, Aaron Harry (Lithuanian/American, 1872-1933), Rolling Muck Bars, undated, oil on thick canvas, signed lower right by the artist, and with an additional enhanced signature in gold by an unknown hand (probably Harry Eichleay), 16 x 20 inches, framed 21 x 25 inches. Provenance: Harry Eichleay, Pittsburgh, PA; Helen E. Siegwarth, 1971; a Western Pennsylvania corporate collection. Exhibited: Westmoreland County Museum of Art, Greensburg, PA, 1981, Southwestern Pennsylvania Painters, 1800-1945.

Condition

In generally good condition. There are a few areas with inpainting and light age cracks. There are also minute metallic gold accretions near the top and lower portions.
