Howard Heinz, Two page autograph letter from Howard Heinz to Martin Grove Brumbaugh, who served as Governor of Pennsylvania from 1915-1919, undated, c.1920s, signed at the end, on Heinz's The Homestead Hot Springs, Virginia stationery. In the letter Heinz accepts Brumbaugh's invitation to a program, writing in part that: I appreciate very much the honor you wish to pay me, altho I feel it would be mostly undeserved; feeling as I do that most of that which I accomplished in life is due to the wonderful teaching and example of my dear father. Howard Heinz took over the H. J. Heinz Company of Pittsburgh, PA, following his father's death in 1919.
