Antique platinum and diamond ring with synthetic sapphire baguettes. The elongated filigree mounting features a.75 carat old European cut diamond center stone (K-L, I1), with trios of round cut diamonds set in the floral filigree above and below the center stone, as well as single stone flanking the center. The mounting is adorned with ribbons of synthetic sapphire baguettes, delicate milgrain decoration and organic engraving. Measures 23.2mm in width. Size 5 1/2 (with attached sizer). Approx. 5.2 grams.
