Antique silver and rose cut diamond portrait pendant. A portrait of a British officer in powdered wig is handpainted on porcelain. Set in a silver bezel under glass and surrounded by an intricate cutwork frame of leaves and blossoms, all set with rose cut diamonds, finished with a double ring bale. Measures 1 5/8" long, 1 3/8" wide. Unmarked. Approx. 18.3 grams. Presented on a 16" fine link platinum chain decorated with 8 diamond set 1/8" links. Approx. 7.4 grams.
