Shirk, Jeannette, Large archive of work by the Art Nouveau illustrator Jeannette Shirk, who was born in Glenshaw, PA and graduated from Carnegie Tech in 1931. Includes: Booklet, The Concert: A Sonnet of Sonnets, signed by author George Seibel and Shirk who did the illustrations, 1934, published and printed in Pittsburgh; 21 Christmas cards from Shirk, each one with a printed illustration by her on the front and nearly all of them signed in ink on the inside or back cover; also includes a small booklet from the Glenshaw Library dated 1974 and a few manuscript sheets that appear to be about Paul Revere.

Condition
