Attributed to George Mulhauser for Plycraft Mr. Chair and ottoman, 1960s. Walnut frame with original tufted plaid upholstery, detachable headrest in mustard vinyl, five point star shaped steel base. Ottoman with original tufted plaid upholstery over a four point steel base. Both the chair and ottoman swivel. Both are apparently unmarked. Chair 42 x 37 x 37 inches, ottoman 13 x 22 x 19.5 inches.
Two braces at each side of the frame at rear. Seat upholstery with wear, two loose buttons, ottoman with a hole in the upholstery at one corner. Scratches at the back of the frame.
