Sight 22 x 29 inches, matted, behind plexiglass, and in a 30.25 x 38 inch gold tone frame. Phillips graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Art. For 32 years, she taught art in the Public School System in Moon Township. She was selected as an Outstanding Teacher in 1972. She was a regionally known watercolor artist and a member of the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society, the Pittsburgh Society of Artists, and the West Hills Arts League.
