Tinker, Billy (William) (20th century American), Portrait of Hope Cooke, The Gyalmo of Sikkim (Cama Real), 1964, oil on canvas, signed and dated lower left, 32 x 44 inches, in a wood frame. Not much information is available about Billy Tinker, but apparently he was an up and coming artist in the early 1960s before passing away at a relatively young age. Hope Cooke married the last King of Sikkim in 1963, before the country was merged into India.
