Taylor, Charles J. (American/Western PA, 1855-1929), Portrait of Mrs. George Burgwin, c.1920s, oil on canvas, signed lower right "C. J. Taylor," 27 x 21.5 inches, ornately framed 32.5 x 27.5 inches. Taylor was an art professor at Carnegie Tech in the 1910's and also was the President of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh in 1914.
