Siqueiros, David Alfaro, text by Pablo Neruda, Poems from The Canto General, 1968, portfolio complete with 10 signed and numbered lithographs by Siqueiros and 61 pages of text by Neruda, folded sheets, unbound, all housed in clamshell box, number XXII of XXV, from the total run of 235 copies, additionally signed by Siqueiros on the colophon, published by Racolin Press, lithos printed by Mourlot, full sheets 24 x 41 inches. Provenance: deaccessioned from a regional institution, but with no stamps, stickers or markings; will include a letter of deaccession from the institution.
Lithographs with a vertical fold down the center from storage inside the box; otherwise in good condition, unmarked, minimal edgewear; slipcase in fair condition, scratched, worn and fraying, but secure.
