Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller La Fonda armchair, first designed in 1961. Molded plastic shell with vinyl upholstery. Aluminum base. Herman Miller stamp at underside. 32 x 24.75 x 22 inches. Provenance: The personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski. Ed was co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg. He was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.
