Harris, Charles (Teenie) (American/Pittsburgh, 1908-1998), Group Portrait of Women Wearing Shriner Fezzes from Daughters of Isis, c. late 1950s, gelatin silver print, image size 7.5 x 9.5 inches, sheet size 8 x 10 inches, unframed, with Harris Studio stamp at reverse and blind stamp at lower left corner. Like nearly all of Harris' photos, this is an important and moving document of Pittsburgh’s African American community in the middle of the 20th century.
