Nelson, Clara Katherine (American, 1890-1984), Flowers in a Vase, undated, pastel on paper, apparently unsigned, 8 x 12 inches, matted and framed 16 x 19 inches, Nelson taught at the Carnegie Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh, and at Alfred University where she taught Blenko Glass designer Winslow Anderson. Provenance: purchased from the artist's estate, with piece of paper stamped "Purchased from the Estate of C. K Nelson" attached to the back of the frame.
