Coronet cold painted spelter bookends and inkwell, Austrian, depicting a figure engaged in prayer on a carpet, and two figures smoking long pipes on carpets. Early 20th century. Inkwell with porcelain insert. Bookends stamped Trademark Coronet Registered Austria at bases, inkwell stamped Austria. Bookends each 4.5 x 4.75 x 3 inches, inkwell 3.75 x 9.5 x 4.5 inches.
One bookend with missing bamboo end at upper left, corner of rug missing. Inkwell with lid hinge broken. Usage and age related paint loss and wear.
