Marra, Flavio della, Descrizione Istorica del Sacro Real Monistero di Monte Casino, 1775, seconda edizione [second edition], Fratelli Raimondi, Napoli, hardcover, 7.5 x 5 inches, leather-backed marbled boards, gilt tooled spine, 378 pp. (last two leaves misnumbered), index, 2 folded engraved plates showing an interior view of Basilica de Monte Casino and a birds-eye view of the monastery, both etched by Cepparuli, the first after Guglielmelli.
In overall good condition, scuffing and wormholes to spine, edges of boards worn and with shallow losses, light foxing throughout, small burn mark to margin of the last 60 pages.
