Wooden tea caddy with extensive inlaid decoration in geometric patterns and stylized thistle design. Green felt covering base with Shreve Crump and Low metal label. 5.8 x 10.75 x 5.5 inches. Provenance: The Estate of Edith (Toto) Fisher, Pittsburgh, PA. Toto Fisher was an active supporter of the arts in Pittsburgh, and served on the boards of many of the city's most important institutions, including The Carnegie Museum of Art.
