Francois Carre (French, mid 19th to mid 20th century) Sunburst cantilever garden armchair, French, 1930s. Steel with white and red lacquer. Apparently unlabeled. 42 x 25.5 x 29 inches. Provenance: Personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.
