Whitehead, Glenn and Wanda Gamble (Americans), Rocky Stream, c.2000, pastel on paper, signed by both using their last names lower right, 24 x 44 inches, in a dark wood frame 35 x 55 inches. From 1994- 2001, Wanda Gamble and Glenn Whitehead shared a large studio in a small town in Central Texas. They had painted together outdoors, sometimes side by side, for twenty years. Gamble and Whitehead felt the dual signature was straightforward and the most appropriate way to respect each other.
