Nakashima, George (Japanese/American, 1905-1990), Triple Sliding Door Cabinet, mid 20th century, walnut case, free-edge front top surface, three grilled sliding doors backed with Pandanus cloth, right side containing 4 drawers with the top one fitted for flatware and the center and left side of the case fitted with four adjustable walnut wood shelves. Back panel with client name written in red, along with #2016. 32.25 x 22.25 x 95.25 inches. Provenance: Acquired from the George Nakashima Studio, New Hope, PA.

In good condition, with the Pandanus replaced by the Nakashima Studio within the past 20 years. There are very light usage related scratches and minor stains to the top surface, and five dents along the lower front edge. There are some usage related stains and abrasions to the shelving, and one lifting and folded area to the flatware drawer lining. Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at their own risk and expense.
