Taper, Geri (American/Pittsburgh/NYC, 1929-2004), New York Skyline #6, c.1980s, acrylic on heavy wove paper, signed and titled on the verso, 30.5 x 22.25 inches, unframed. Geri Taper moved to New York City in 1976 from Pittsburgh where she had established herself as a leading artist, her career culminating in a show of large-scale works at the inaugural exhibition of the Sarah Scaife Gallery at the Carnegie Museum of Art. Provenance: The Estate of Wendi A. Miller, Pittsburgh, owner of Miller Frame in East Liberty.

Condition
