Guerreschi, Giuseppe (Italian, 1929-1985), Comignoli (Chimneys), 1957, oil on canvas, 53 x 41 inches, signed and dated lower left, Guerreschi ’57, Titled and inscribed 190 on reverse. Provenance: Charles Feingarten Contemporary Art, Chicago; Miles Laboratory Collection, Elkhart In.; Doctor Walter Beardsley inventor of the product Alka Seltzer wanted a collection for the Laboratory that represented all of the countries that Miles was marketing their products to. With an attached paper label for the 38th Venice Biennial (1978) exhibition on canvas reverse.
