Provenance: Chair purchased directly from John Vesey, Inc. by prominent Pittsburgh architect and designer Herb Seigle in 1958, copy of the original receipt is included; personal collection of Edward J. Grzybowski, co-owner of Tri-State Antiques in Canonsburg, PA. Ed was well known and respected in the field for his vast knowledge of antiques and decorative arts, particularly 20th century design.
