Beuys, after Joseph, Filzpostkarte [Felt Postcard], originally designed by Joseph Beuys in 1985, this example was made in the 21st century and is from the open edition published by Edition Staeck, Heidelberg, with 69117 address, felt postcard multiple with white screenprinted text and lines, 4.2 x 6 inches, and 0.25 inches thick. One of Beuys' most famous works from his prolific postcard series. No two are exactly alike -- the pattern and content of the felt is unique to each individual piece.
