Klismos Chair attributed to TH Robsjohn-Gibbings for Saridis of Athens, possibly by Greek handcrafted furniture company Pardalis. Drawing design elements from the classical forms of ancient Greek furniture, walnut frame with broad curved upper rail, curved rectangular splat, and woven leather seat over saber legs. Rust upholstered cushion. Marked 55809 at underside. 36 x 24.75 x 28.75 inches.

Condition

In overall good condition, apart from some scrapes and scratches near lower areas of legs, two leather seat straps broken in one area each, and one small area with finish repair.
