Ladies Omega two-tone Constellation wristwatch. Stainless steel body and band with 18K yellow gold bezel, accents and crown. Finished with black enameled Roman numeral frame and fluorescent hands. Mechanical. Measures 5" interior, 5/8" wide band. Case is marked "58136969". Watch band marked "6553 865". Approx. 43.8 grams. Works.
