Tibetan thangka depicting Dorje Legpa, 17th or 18th century, gouache on cotton, 67.5 x 85 inches, in cherry wood frame measuring 73 x 90.5 inches. Central figure blue and wrathful Dorje Legpa, riding a horned goat, holding golden vajra and mala beads, golden hat, Padmasambhava at upper center flanked by four lamas, also with seven fire-haired three-eyed blue attendants. A thangka which was likely only used for special occasions. Himalayan Art Resources item no. 90556.
