Ury, Lesser (German, 1861-1931), Dutch Studies: Portfolio of 7 original etchings, the American edition published by A. Rissling of New York, c. 1921, all housed in original vellum backed portfolio, each one signed in pencil by Ury lower left, sheets measure 10.5 x 14 inches, images themselves vary from the largest 8 x 6 inches to the smallest 4.25 x 5.5 inches. The European edition, titled "Holländische Motive" was done in a limitation of 125, but this American version does not state the edition number. Ury, a German Jew, is considered to be one of the earliest practitioners of Impressionism in Germany.
