Weninger, Lloyd P. (20th Century American), Quitting Time, oil on canvas, 28 x 21.5 inches, signed lower left, in a gold metal strip frame. Provenance: East End Galleries, Michael Malley. Weninger was a native of Sandusky, Ohio and taught in the 1940s and '50s at Carnegie Tech (now Carnegie Mellon University) in Pittsburgh in the stage design department. He was also a regular with the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh.
