Lot of 12 Judaica books, all in contemporary leather bindings, from 3 incomplete sets: Flavius Josephus, Volumes 1-4 and 6 (missing volume 5), translated by William Whitson, 1828, M. Sherman, Bridgeport, frontis etchings, early American edition of this classic; Mardochee Venture, Prieres Journalieres a l'Usage des Juifs Portugais ou Espagnols, Volumes 1-3 (missing volume 4), 1807, Chez Levy, Paris, 1807, French text; Lettres Juives, Volumes 2, 3 and 5 and 6 (missing volumes 1, 4 and 7), 1750, Marc-Michel Bousquet, Lausanne, new edition, French text, Bibliotheque de Sabonadiere bookplate affixed to front pastedowns.
In fair to good condition, bindings and hinges worn, but all boards are present and attached; loss to spine ends, contents mostly clean.
