Provenance: Ludwig (Lutz) Sander was the consignor's mother’s first cousin. She spent much time at his family home both in Staten Island, NY and in the Hamptons studio. This painting was acquired by the consignor directly from the estate of Sander's widow Kate. In generally very good condition with some rubbing along the edges.
