Feininger, Lyonel (German/American, 1871-1956), Harbor With Boats and Anglers [Hafen mit Booten und Anglern], 1964, a posthumous edition published in by Associated American Artists, New York and printed at the Gehenna Press, Northampton, Massachusetts under the supervision of Leonard Baskin, numbered 10/100, blindstamp lower right margin, 5.5 x 7.5 inches, matted and framed 14 x 15 inches. The original block was carved in 1920 and printed then only as a proof. Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level painters. In seemingly good condition, unexamined outside of the frame, with a few faintly visible creases.
