Chagall, Marc (French, 1887-1985), Lovers in Bed, from the Celui Qui Dit les Choses sans Rien Dire suite, 1975-1976, etching and aquatint on Japon Imperial paper, signed and numbered 14/25 in pencil to lower margin, impression 15.5 x 11.75 inches, full sheet 18.5 x 14.25 inches, floated in a frame 23 x 19 inches. Celui Qui Dit les Choses sans Rien Dire was written by Louis Aragon. CRAMER 99.
In good or better condition, showing only a few faint areas of foxing to the margins, the most notable at upper left corner where it just creeps into the impression.
