One of Leisser's few known interior paintings, and possibly a scene from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf or Blind. Provenance: The personal collection of Gary S. Grimes, Pittsburgh. Gary was an expert on Western Pennsylvania art, and especially the Scalp Level painters. Relined; otherwise in good condition.
