Carone, Matthew (American/Ft. Carone has been a mainstay of the South Florida art scene, and was good friends with and heavily influenced by Roberto Matta and his brand of surrealism. He had one man shows at Georgetown College in Lexington, KY, Cesare Galeria in Genoa, Italy, the Boca Raton Museum of Art and The Palazzo Panni Museum in Arco di Trento, Italy.
