Montegrappa 1995 "Silver Dragon" Limited Edition Fountain Pen, This pen was born under the Chinese Zodiac sign of the Dragon, and interpreted by artist Federico Monti. It has a heavy overlay of sterling silver design in the style of two intertwined dragons, both with faceted ruby eyes, on a base of black marbled pearl. Since the dragon became the Chinese National Symbol in the year 1912, these pens have been produced in a limited number of 1912 pieces, this one bearing the number #575. It is fitted with an 18k two-toned "OB" nib. Includes a black acrylic presentation case with a mirror finish adorned with a sterling silver dragon inlay and the original outer box
