Nadler Furniture empire style chair, mid to late 20th century, New York. Black lacquered with scrolling and foliate hand painted gilt accents. Partial upholstered chair back, richly upholstered goose down seat cushion tied with gold tasseled cords. Nadler furniture labels at underside. 33.5 x 17.5 x 25.5 inches.
Touch up repairs in several areas. Legs with several abrasions. Minor paint loss.
