20th century Pittsburgh school, Oakland, undated, c.1970s, oil on canvas, unsigned, 33.5 x 50 inches, framed. An interesting portrait of Oakland, with the Cathedral of Learning visible center left, and the entrance to Phipps Conservatory and the Panther Hollow Bridge just right of center. Provenance: from the estate of Andrew Anthony "Tony" Kueshner, a superintendent for Turner Construction where he oversaw the building of the Sarah M. Scaife Gallery, One Oxford Centre and the U.S. Steel Tower.
