Gehry, Frank, for Knoll, Pair of Power Play Chairs in Black, designed in 1992, both of these examples manufactured in 1995, bent plywood, each one with maker's mark, Gehry embossed signature and date on underside, 32.5 x 31.5 x 30.5 inches. Provenance: these exact two chairs were used in the main character's living room in the 2019 film Where'd You Go, Bernadette, starring Cate Blanchett (see article with still from the movie: https://www.nylon.com/whered-you-go-bernadette-design), which was filmed in Pittsburgh.
In generally good condition, secure and complete, some surface scratching, multiple connection points show signs of reglueing.
