Rare Paul Evans (American, 1931-1987) and Keith Evans (b. 1957) For the Design Institute of America (DIA) model #7588-49 A/V Turning Column cabinet, USA, introduced in 1989. The exterior is Evanite plexiglass in Blue Ice finish. 84 inches high, 26 inch diameter. The piece revolves 180 degrees. Provenance: Keith Evans private collection, sole owner. The piece was included in the Paul Evans: Crossing Boundaries and Crafting Modernism exhibition at the James A. Michener Art Museum, Doylestown, PA, and at the Cranbrook Art Museum, Bloomfield Hills, MI in 2014.
