Brutalist high chest by Lane, Pueblo line, 1970s. Drawing design inspiration from 20th century American Brutalist designer Paul Evans, with striking geometric molded relief on each of the four drawer faces, with an oak veneer casing done in clean lines. Lane mark inside one drawer interior and stenciled serial and model numbers on back panel. 54 x 37.5 x 18 inches.
The center drawer has been repaired, the face has been mounted to another drawer box, and it does not properly fit on the center guide track. Chipped along top surface left and right edges. Left and right side panels with chips along rear edges. Case and drawer faces with some scrapes, scratches, and abrasions.
